Soldier sent to siberia
A young Russian soldier who made a rap video about poor conditions in his barracks and posted it online has incurred the wrath of the army heads and sent to siberia as punishment.In the video,Lieutant Vitaly Efremov complains about his frustration with his dialpidated accomdation near st Petersburg.
